My best friend Nikki and her daughter kaitlyn came to hang out for a while today. She's the greatest person in the world. I don't know what i'd do without her. We've been through so much together in the 5 years we've known each other and i couldn't have asked for a better friend. LOVE YOU PONY!!!

A Day at the Zoo

So it was my stupid idea to go to the zoo on saturday when i knew it was going to be raining. Surprisingly, there were alot of people with the same stupid idea i had. When we went it wasn't bad. It was only sprinkling for like 5 seconds. We went to the insect place, the jungle, and then the aquarium. When we left the aquarium, it was still nice outside so we decided to go look around at the outside animals. When we got to the elephants (which are pretty far from the entrance) it started pouring like no other! I was only wearing a thin wind breaker and i was soaked. So by the time i walked like 10,000 miles and dragged my a** up three ginormous hills i looked like a freakin drowned rat. I was soaked from head to toe with mascara running down my face. Jonathan was freezing and i felt like the worst mother in the world. But anyways, i was able to take a FEW pictures before we got rained on!
